Hi,
My battery seems to be stuck on a very low percentage whatever I do. When I do diagnostics, it says a fuse has blown and that I must replace the battery. The diagnostics gives me a failure-ID REOOW. The unit name of the battery is TE03061, with a capacity of 61,792 mW.Hour and a voltage of 11,550 mV.
Changing the battery is simple enough. My main problem is that I have no idea what battery I can replace the current one with. The laptop is HP Pavilion 15-bc003 (https://www.komplett.no/product/891769?feature=freightwidget), but I am not sure at all where I can get a battery replacement for it.
Since the model is from 2016(?) my warranty obviously does not over anything, but I was wondering if you have any idea which battery to replace my current one with?
Is this an alternative, for instance? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hubei-Replacement-15-BC015TX-15-AX033DX-849910-850/dp/B07S7VH8ZP/ref=sr_1_8...
Hope for some help in this matter!

Hi @Erlend1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the replacement battery.
You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Alternatively, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link.
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options". Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from, here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
