Hello,

 

I am experiencing problems with battery charging. I have tried uninstalling and refreshing the battery drivers but no change. Not even a led close to power connector on laptop is not shining. Notebook runs fine, when its on AC adapter, its just not charging the battery.

 

Can some1 please advice.

HI,

You are going to need to replace the battery. If your PC is still under warranty you can get replaced for free. If not you will need to purchase a replacement battery. You can find them online for good prize.

Hi,

First try performing a HP diagnostics on the battery to see if there is a hardware problem. Here is a link to HP support page on how this is done:
