I have the hp laptop
I bought a new battery from a store after original one swelled and become weak a little swelled so the new battery worked for 7 months now it's giving me this error. As attached in pic.
However the battery is physically fine not swelled like before one.
So I reinstalled the swelled battery back( note:it is not so much swelled by swelled I mean a little indicating weak battery)
The laptop works fine only shows weak battery rather fail for new one.
The reason I installed the old one because the laptop suddenly shutdown on AC power for new one but old one doesn't do this thing.
So
1 I want to know why this happened.
2 Where I can buy original battery in Qatar I can't find original source so if jp provides me it will be good help.
3 I don't use my laptop on power only I take good precautions for such things.
But the battery failed after I opened my laptop after 10 days off.
I tried
Full charge
Adapter check
F2 diagnostics .
