Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Its been three months since I have purchased  my laptop and it has been serviced two times and still the problem has not been sloved . My problem is that my white light at the charting port lights up even before my battery is fully charged and I have tried clibatraing the battery as shown in one of hp website after that it gets charged but every day same thing happens. I want HP to take immediate action as soon as possible.
