Hi all,
My battery is getting charged upto 100% but its not giving any backup to me. As soon as I remove the charger it's getting shutted down. Should I replace my battery?
If yes, then from where can I get hp authorized battery?
Thanks in Advance. 🙂

OK.
Read my last post again so I won't have to repeat myself.
From your description of the issue, a new battery is needed to replace the one that is currently installed.

Unfortunately, the way you have phrased your first sentence is not clear to a native English speaker or reader.
Did you mean to say that when it seems that the battery is charged to 100% that the notebook still cannot be used as a mobile device for any length of time? Another way to say that would be that is that the notebook does not run for very long while using only the battery.
If you remove the battery while the notebook is on and without an external power adapter connected to it, it is supposed to shut down.
You do not need to purchase an HP authorized battery. You can use the HP part number that is on the battery to search online and find a vendor who sells the battery.
You can also search with your HP notebook's full product name or number to find a vendor who sells a guaranteed compatible battery with a one year warranty. That is what most people do.

Sorry that I was not enough clear to make you understand. The problem which i am facing currently is related to battery backup. When I connect an adapter to charge my laptop, the battery start charging from 0% to 100%. But as soon as I remove the adapter my notebook gets shutted down.
