Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fr2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm facing an issue with my HP 15s-fr2006tu laptop where it can only run when connected to a charger. As soon as I disconnect the charger, the laptop immediately shuts down. I believe this is indicative of a battery problem.

What should i consider when selecting a replacement battery for my HP 15s-fr2006tu laptop?

yes, most likely the battery is damaged. Use the battery part number in an internet search engine to find a reseller.
