Product: HP ZBook 17 G3 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My battery was recalled.
Received replacement very fast.
Replaced the recalled battery with the new one, no problems at all.
Reboot computer, and I guess the BIOS doesnt recongnize it. So I am still stuck with the laptop having to be plugged in.
New battery will not charge.
When I run the HP Battery Program Validation Utility the new battery shows up as Unknown or Invalid.
Not sure what to do now.
