2 Days after the warranty ended of course the battery from my laptop died off. Is there a site to buy a replacement battery in germany or is HP forcing us to throw out 1 year laptops just to buy new ones? planned disabling the battery? or why exactly does it happen exactyl 2 days after warranty ends.

@smacktooo2, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
I totally understand how frustrating it is that your laptop’s battery stopped working just 2 days after the warranty ended. It really does feel unfair.
But I want to be clear: HP does not design batteries to fail after the warranty. It’s just an unlucky coincidence. Laptop batteries wear out over time, and how long they last depends a lot on how they’re used, charged, and stored.
You don’t need to buy a new laptop — the battery can be replaced.
You can buy the replacement battery from the HP parts store: HP Shop für Ersatzteile - HP Computerteile - HP Druckerteile - Compaq Ersatzteile
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.

Oh are you kidding me? the battery costs 173€+19% tax. my whole laptop was 620€. Obviously someone from HP says "not" designed to fail. I need affordable replacement and not a battery which costs 40% of my whole laptop. Never going to buy messed up HP laptops ever again. Also i even think they bring out a bios update which messed up my battery but obviously i cant go back to older bios.
