Hi folks! I have been receiving a notification window on start-up telling me that I have an issue with my  HP 17-ca1500na laptop. The laptop has been used effectively as a desktop due to its size, but I would still like the ability to use it portably, which I no longer have due to how quickly it dies after being unplugged from the mains.

I would like to acquire a battery replacement for the laptop and am wondering where I could find a compatible battery.

Info from HP Support Assistant (It reads as ok on the Assistant because it's plugged in at the moment, I think):

  • Manufacturer: 333-54-5D-A
  • Serial Number: 54026 12/26/2019

  • Design Voltage: 11550 mV
  • AC Power: Yes
  • CT Number: 6HRXF56AQD60PF

Main Battery (in the illustrated parts list)
Ch 3, Page 18, item 18

Main battery HP description and part number
Battery (3-cell, 48 Whr)    L11119-855

Only use batteries that have the exact HP part number for  best results.

Here is a search I performed with some results in the UK.
