I want to replace my battery of HP Notebook 15 ac 132 ne . Battery model (HS04) - how could I find a suitable & compatible battery from online stores ? Is ther need to know the size of battery?

Here are the HP Part No. batteries:

Battery: 4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 807957-001 3-cell, 31-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 807956-001

The battery is removeable. See p. 32 of the Service Manual here:

I live in India , I prefer compatible battery with less money. Will I need to specify the battery dimension to fit it properly?

No just use the part number and you get a battery that will fit perfectly.

This one has no custumor review and no rating. Is it neccessary to access products from them? is there any other less than 3500Rs? What is the "PART NO:" mentioned?

What is the title? The part number is 807957-001 see that in the title of the amazon page I linked?...use that in the search bar at amazon.in. You can sort the batteries by price, only "prime", etc. I saw several there but not all are compatible with your part number so that was the cheapest I could find that specifically used your part number. Any cheaper than $34US equivalent and I kind of wonder at the quality.
