Your HP Pavilion 15-Cs2004no (6PV48EA), according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06248419.pdf,is fitted with either a 4-cell, 68 Whr, model: LG04XL, prismatic/polymer battery (select models only) with HP p/n: L32654-005 (Type "A"), OR with a 3-cell, 41 Whr, model: HT03XL, prismatic/polymer battery, with HP p/n: L11119-855 (Type "B"):
You can purchase a quality LG04XL or HT03XL replacement battery online, via Amazon, or other eCommerce companies such as this example: https://www.laptopbatterydirect.net/hp/hp-pavilion-15-cs2004no-battery.htm.
[EDIT:] Btw, the p/n: L11421-423 you referenced pertains to HT03XL model B (p/n: L11119-855).
