So I am needing a battery replacement for my hp laptop and I am not able to order it online due to me getting a message saying the battery I need is "unorderable." I really don't want to pay for a subscription just to talk to someone on the phone. Can anyone please help?

HP does not sell the battery you need, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to contact HPs authorized parts suppliers at the link below:

Or you can do a search by the HP L09281-855 battery part number on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com and see if you can find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP battery part number.
