I got this laptop in July 2023 and upgraded the RAM to 16GBs shortly after. Everything was working fine until about two months later, when I started receiving an error message at startup regarding the battery capacity. After running some tests, I discovered that the battery level was very weak. I followed some online guides to fix the issue without removing or touching the battery, and it worked fine until December. At that point, I noticed that the battery percentage would randomly switch from 100% to 0% while performing everyday tasks, and I received error 601. I tried all the methods that worked previously, but they did not resolve the issue this time. Is the only option left the replacement of the battery? If so, what battery is needed?
