The Battery Check failure ID (6CXP70-CA8CTA-MFGH5G-C0AJ03) confirms that the battery has degraded and is no longer holding a stable charge.
This is why the system powers off suddenly around 50%, as the battery can no longer deliver consistent voltage.

Warranty and support status

For the HP Laptop 14-dk1013dx (Product: 340V7UA), the standard warranty period has expired. As a result:

  • Battery replacement is not covered under warranty
  • HP remote support options are limited for hardware replacement


Recommended solution

The issue can be resolved by replacing the battery.
