Product: Hp specter x360

Hello, Could you please advise on the replacement battery for my Hp Spectre x360 -15t- bl000 . The battery diagnostic test said the battery need replacing.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Do you get any error messages on your notebook (Such as Plugged in, not charging, etc.)?
  • Does the notebook shut down immediately (right after you unplug the charger)?

A notebook battery typically lasts between three and five years before replacement becomes necessary. Running the diagnostic tests in this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04700771 help determine when it is time to replace the battery.
