Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (594K2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently replaced my battery and after a few days, it fails to charge. When I do a diagnostic check with the HP support assistant, I get a failure code that I cannot decode. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it possible that its the battery connector on the motherboard that's bad?
