Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys,  I've just done a 'successful ?' upgrade to my old OS, 7 to 10. At the same time I upgraded the RAM from 4Gb to 8Gb & changed the HDD to a 1Tb SSD.

I say successful, as it all seems to be operating OK, with exception of the time clock, which stays at the logout time & requires resetting at every startup.

I've tried many 'work arounds' without success.

One of the 'fixes' mentions updating the bios.

I updated from F.16 to F.1C  prior to the upgrade and was wondering if I have missed something, or have the wrong BIOS installed for the current installation/operating system.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, many thanks for looking.

Thanks for getting back to me Raj1788.   After eventually finding out, on a laptop, you enter the bios settings via F10 after a restart (not available from the normal start up sequence) I found the clock in the bios settings was incorrectly set.

After resetting the clock within the bios screen settings, then restarting, selecting windows time (w32tm /register in the command prompt screen as Administrator) then re-syncing the clock in Windows settings, time & language, the problem has resolved itself.  So the problem was basically my lack of knowledge, made worse by the lack of familiarity with the windows 10 & SSD upgrade.  All good now. Many thanks for getting back to me.
