Hi @Dongmei1
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query
The issue appears to be that the HP 7000 is entering BitLocker Recovery, but the keyboard is not responding, preventing the 48-digit recovery key from being entered.
Try these steps in order:
- Connect a wired USB keyboard directly to the PC, preferably to a rear USB port. Avoid Bluetooth or wireless keyboards at this stage and heck with external keyboard.
- Restart the PC and check whether the keyboard responds on the BitLocker screen. Microsoft confirms that the BitLocker recovery environment can require the recovery key before Windows can continue.
- If the BitLocker screen allows mouse/touch input, click the recovery-key entry field and check whether an on-screen keyboard becomes available.
Take care and have an amazing day!
