Hi,
i am using an OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx (Product number: 2CQ99EA#ABD). For a few weeks the battery does not charge above 80 percent (maximum 90 percent).
The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Application displays the message "logical status: OK, charging status: blown fuse",
when i run the battery test.
(Result: not successful, Error-ID: 9PN2SF-000AQ0-MFPURF-C6AT13)
The warranty has unfortunately expired. What can i do to fix the problem?
Thanks.
