Does it have Blue Fn key ? You have to hold down blue Fn key to be able to use blue keys.

No, sorry it does not. Just a normal Fn key but nothing happens when I press it. I have tried everything like pressing Crtl+Fn+Shift, Crtl+Shift, Crtl+Fn, Fn+Shift ... everything, but nothing happens.
