Hello,
I bought this laptop a while back. I frequently get a blue screen with the stop code: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I only get this when I am playing games on my laptop.
It happens with most games (older and new).
I already have updated all my drivers on a clean install of Windows 11 and am running the newest BIOS version.
When running a stress test utility it doesn't give me a blue screen error.
Hope I can get any tips on how to fix this. (I could not find any ways to get help from HP in The Netherlands except this and a virtual assistant)

Hello,
This seemed to work for a while, but in the previous days I have had my laptop freeze while gaming (no blue screen this time, but just freezing when I am in game). It just froze again and when it started up I got 502 error. The laptop does start up but it is getting annoying I can't even play Skyrim or another old game without my laptop freezing up on me.
