Hi:
If you want to go through the work to open up the notebook, here is your best option to replace the RTL8188EE wifi adapter...upgrade to this model wifi card that is both dual band AC and has Bluetooth.
That way you get the best of both worlds.
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express. I see an Intel cards listed at the top of the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

RTL8821CE - Buy RTL8821CE with free shipping on AliExpress
On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
Be very careful when removing the thin and delicate antenna wire.
This video may help you see what is involved...it is for a different model notebook, but it has the same type wifi card as yours has.

Hi:
The reason the Bluetooth isn't working is because your notebook has no Bluetooth hardware.
The model of the wireless network adapter determines if your notebook has Bluetooth or not.
The Realtek RTL8188EE wifi adapter is a single band, non-Bluetooth wifi adapter.
There is nothing wrong with your PC.

Hi:
I don't know how that can be possible.
It is not a Bluetooth capable card.
If it was, that feature would have been listed in the card's specs...This is the same model card as yours but it has Bluetooth.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

With that information, I can let you know what different model wifi card you can install, if you want to upgrade the wireless card to one that has Bluetooth.
Your other option would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
