Yes. I keep having hopes and trying old and new drivers for sound cards and wifi and all the other suggestions. So please keep them coming. If something works I will post! I would not of bought this product if I knew about this issue. HP on phone have been nice but say have to look into it and nothing comes of anything. This forum as least has provided things to try and things not released. I try every one. I use my computer for work, so I can't send it in for anything even if they offered that option. An exact same computer without the latest processor (if that is the issue) would be appreciated as a temporary resolution until resolved. Actual cost of the units is so low they could easy do it and stand behind product. Alternatively they could commit to looking into the issue and probably get all manufactures of possible hardware conflicts on a call and I bet it would be solved in less than an hour. It is a serious issue. Actually, I bet one smart guy with the right diagnostic tools could see the problem in less then a minute.  HP please work together. I ask the head of quality control to escalate this and assist your customers.

Thank you for consideration.

This does not seem to be an HP issue.  This seems to be an Intel issue and possibly a Microsoft/Windows issue as well.  There are messages on the Dell forums of people having the same issue on their laptops too.  Lenovo boards has similar messages so this isn't just restricted to HP.  It's definitely an issue with the 11th gen Tiger Lake core processors because I don't experience any of this on my 10th gen.

As the end user, I bought an HP product from HP and I am required to go to HP with issues. If they have a supplier issue, they need to resolve it internally. If what you said it true, why aren't all the end product companies requesting this simple issue be resolved? I would expect them to put out a public notice that due to a product that doesn't meet the quality HP is committed to providing, they are holding sales of the new processor.

Welcome to the real world.

The fix for this issue is simple.  If you want to wait for an OEM to fix it...god bless you.

Like a bicyclist who gets run over, you can be dead right, but you're still dead.

Do the registry edit and you will will be stutter free.

I am more then happy to do a registry edit. I must of missed that one.

HP Recommended

I've done the registry edit and yet I still experience the stuttering.

Someone else reported Intel's 2/23 drivers for Wifi and BT also fix the issue.  I haven't tried them yet.

See the registry fix here.  Its on Page 19 of the Dell XPS forum.  Be forewarned someone reported a Sleep issue if you edit the registry.

Note, your actual text string  after VID_8087&PID_0026 may read different, but thats OK,  just ADD the missing SELCTIVESUSPEND lines.

I haven't had even a single mouse stutter in weeks.  My USB settings in device manger all all set back to normal.

Ahh, that's a different registry edit from what I posted earlier on this topic.  I'll have to try this one out.

Unfortunately, the new Intel drivers don't fix the stutter.

Only the registry edit works, but you get the risk of a sleep and battery drain issue.  I just encountered it.

Thank you. I noticed immediately the difference. This isn't a work around or a half fix.  I knew someone would know where the setting is and how to resolve this easily.

Thank you again.
