My bluetooth device has yellow exclamation mark. Uninstalling the device or restarting the pc does not work. I have unistalled and reinstalled the drivers even though they are up to date, but my problem is still not solved. The mark comes back again.

I solved the problem.

Device Manager -> Bluetooth Device -> Update Driver -> Browse my computer... -> Let me pick from a list... -> Uncheck "Show compatible hardware" -> Latest driver of the device(MediaTek for me)

This solved my problem. The problem persists when I update from Windows Update.

Have you installed the most recent BIOS? It is dated Aug. 15, 2024

Have you reset the EC (embedded controller)?

Press and hold down the [power button for fifteen seconds or more.
