Product: HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-eu0000 IDS Base Model

Brand new laptop.  Have updated drivers.

Serious keyboard and mouse lag that I didn't have with my 5 yr old similar product.

 

I am assuming it is immature bluetooth drivers... but, in this day and age, who doesn't fix such issues before launch?

Anyone else seeing this?

Anyone know if there are improvements in the works?

 

HP tech support wasn't helpfui. (Not because they didn't try, but because there's likely nothing they can do).

 

Thoughts?

Same, I had the silver 2024 spectre and it did it. I returned it and got the black 2024 spectre and it does it too. Does it with every external mouse, whether Bluetooth, hardwired or dongle connected.
