Hi guys, I have a x360 with a i3 cpu

 

i would like to upgrade to a i7 but the cpu is fixed. 

 

Can an I switch the board for an i7 board with in built cpu?

 

if so could somebody point me in the right direction for a board model?

 

Current board model is: 860592-601

You can replace existing motherboard using the list on page 40 of the following manual

 

   http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05235424.pdf

 

Please note: this is a very expensive upgrade, similar to buying a new machine because you also have to pay new Windows license.
