Product: OMEN by HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The front right corner of my laptop when opened (just to the right of the touchpad) has swollen a large amount. The touchpad itself can't be used, and some of the arrow keys are bulging out. Recently, the laptop  battery area is hot these days, The warranty has expired, but this seems like a fire waiting to happen. So much of users have complanted these issus?  So HP have no plan to solve this problem?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
