What is the exact issue you are facing?
What is the product number of your computer?
What is the operating system you are using?
Keep me posted.
Cheers!

Unfortunately the tech support im getting is not being efficient. Since the 4th of September its been in their hands, and only on the 14th did they give in the quotation to flash the bios at around $50 based on my local currency. Im still pressuring them for a feedback on date that it would be completed. Starting to lose my patience with the techs, if they take longer I will collect and re call the HP agents that are following my issue to guide me through the whole bios flash procedure.

Hello and thank you for bearing with me on this issue. I went to the shop where my laptop was and was able to pressure them to either complete the work or let me take the laptop, luckily things started happening and we flashed the BIOS.
Unfortunately my ssd still wasnt working, but then we managed to find a compatible one and installed the OS and the computer is up an running. Im still confused on why various types of ssd werent working, I'll state the factory assembled one, the one I wanted and purchased before the bios flash and the one that ended up working, I just need to know what to look for in terms of compatability because we followed the repair and maintenance guide for my product and still ran into issues.
M.2 SSD;
1. Factory SSD = P/N 759492-001, SanDisk A110, M.2, 256GB, 2260
2. The one i wanted = ADATA SX6000 LITE, M.2, 256GB, 2280
3. The one that worked = ADATA ULTIMATE SU800, M.2, 256GB, 2280
Please check on these Drives to tell me what was the compatability issue with the 2nd one.
Now I´m just struggling with running some apps like HP OMEN CONTROL, that used to work fine.

Man you may not want to hear this, but was the BIOS upgrade the latest for you? Rushed look at mfg dates shows a jump from B to A&C usually indicates EEPROM updating. If your bios isn't current it doesn't get the benefit of new hardware drivers. Good luck I"m finally getting some response to my issue off Twitter so I'll be there for awilie.

Well, Im not sure it was the latest. Now that my pc is operating, I ran HP SUPPORT ASSIST and it gave me an update for the BIOS. But it doesn't allow me to select to install, it states that the update is blocked on this device. Not sure if I should do through usb or just leave it like that, since the PC is operating well now.
