Hi:

Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You have a few options to replace the drive...

1. Like for like.  Replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a new 2.5" mechanical hard drive.

2.  Replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

3. Replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a high-performance M.2 NVMe SSD.

4. Replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a M.2 SATA SSD which would have the same performance as a 2.5" SATA SSD.

As far as data recovery...highly unlikely but you can try a SATA to USB cable after you remove the hard drive, plug it into a working PC and see if you can read/copy any data from the failed hard drive to the PC.

After you replace the drive, see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use with another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
