Hi, I tried to upgrade the new SSD "Crucial P5 Plus 2TB" to replace the default "Intel HDD 512GB" inside my laptop "HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1019TU". However, I do not know how to boot it properly. I tried to use the USB sticks (32GB) with "Rufus" and "Macrium Reflect" but the problem appeared to be "Boot device not found. Hardware Disk (3F0)". Additionally, there is no USB boot selection for me to choose from when I press F9. Can anyone give me guidance to fix this?

"Additionally, there is no USB boot selection for me to choose from when I press F9"
Based on the statement you made, the installation flashdrive is apparently not bootable.
You can verify that by using the Windows DiskPart utility and its commands. Plug in the RUFUS created installation USB flashdrive and follow the tutorial below.
Open an Admin level command line dialogue window and type in Diskpart. Wait until Diskpart is invoked.
Did you use a verified bootable Windows ISO file? Which version of RUFUS did you use? I suggest using Rufus 3.9.1624.
The image shows the settings in RUFUS you need to make to create a bootable Windows installer.
I just grabbed one of my flashdrive from a box. Pay no attention to the LUBUNTU label.
I am curious as to why you did not create an HP Cloud recovery USB flash drive.
If you do that, you can verify that the new SSD is working properly.
Back up your files and all other data first!
