Hi,
My HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0002ne laptop is supposed to have 1TB Hard drive memory. But I can only see 1 volume which is 118GB under C-drive.
I don't understand, What happened to the remaining memory.
I want to know How I can resolve this issue and make use of the remaining memory.
Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Welcome to the HP support community.
Follow the below steps to check for free space:-
"This PC" > "Manage" > "Disk Management" and check the real space taking by the recovery partition.
If there is any unallocated disk space, add it to the C drive.
I hope that helps.

Hi @Sandytechy20 ,
Thanks for responding.
I have followed the steps you have mentioned and checked the space in the "disk management", where I can see only a total of 119.23GB.
The unallocated space is just 1.23GB, which is divided as 980MB and 260MB.
I cannot see the remaining 880.77GB.

I have updated the BIOS automatically using HP Support Assistant. It did not help me with the issue I am facing.
The storage spacing is still showing 119GB instead of 1TB.
Is there any alternate solution that you can recommend me?
Thanks.
