Dear Experts,
i bought Zbook studio G3 last week, and found that brighteness and switches the screen image among the display hot keys are not function. the OS before shall be win 7, and now already updated to win10. i have no idea if anything goes wrong with the driver etc...

Hi,
First, try downloading and reinstalling the Intel gpu driver package on the following link.
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.
If the above fails to correct the issue, try downloading and reinstalling the HotKey driver on the link below.

Hi,
Hold down the Windows key and press R
Into the Run window, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
In Device Manager, expand Display adapters - what devices are listed here?
