Yeah Hi so the hinge on my refurb HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bq121dx broke off in the middle of me rotating it in the middle of class. The screen proceeded to fall on my desk and crack. Also, HP won't service it since it's out of warranty. Any tips on where to get either a replacement top part, a place to get it serviced, or someone I can yell at? It seems like blatant negligence on HP's part that their hinge broke within about 4 months of buying it, regardless of it being refurbished. I've loved the laptop and don't want this to ruin it for me, Thanks.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
