Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs168cl

I've had this laptop a while now - August 2018, Within a couple of months of owning it, one of the hinges broke. Then after a while, the second one started to go as well. I really should have gotten it fixed earlier, but I haven't gotenround to it. The laptop still runs OK, but I've obviously a bit worried about it going kaput in the near future unless I manage to sort out the hinge issue. I notice I have a Care Pack Warranty and I wanted to know what can be done?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
