I have owed my computer for one year only and one of the keys is already broken. The same issue I had with my previous HP laptop.  It is still under a three year warranty and disgustingly this is not covered.  I should have bought a Dell or a MAC given I have had this issue before.  HP have quoted me £531 to fix one key, laughably 25% of the cost of a new laptop.  Before I go and buy an alternative brand and be done with HP please can someone tell me if there is a more reasonable way of replacing one key?  I am a small business owner, paid extra for a business laptop packaging thinking this meant during my warranty things like this would be covered considering I do not have an IT department.  What wasted faith, I have lost trust with the brand.
