Product: HP Laptop 17

Ive had this HP laptop for 2 years now, 2 months into owning it and I had to send it in to get fixed because one hinge broke and the screen was black. Now the back plastics on the screen have broke near the same hinge. Ive tried using the virtual agent with no luck I would like to talk to an actual human who works at HP cause the quality of this laptop has been extreamly dissapointing.
