HP 7ZG64EA 15DW0023NA
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I purchased this laptop (HP 7ZG64EA 15DW0023NA, Intel i3, 8GB/128GB) 2 weeks ago and have been looking after it carefully since, carrying it in its protective case etc yet a few days ago i noticed a crack in the left hand side corner of the laptop case by the keyboard. Yesterday I noticed that bits were actually coming off and a large piece broke off (it hadn’t been moved or touched between these days). I’m wondering how I can fix it or if the warranty covers this? It’s brand new and I can’t afford to buy a new replacement but I’m not sure how to fix the case either as I don’t know where to purchase the right parts or if that’s even possible

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
