HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13z-ay000 CTO

I woke up one day and saw my hinge is popped out of my laptop! Plus i my warranty is over! I dont know how to get it fixed and as it is every common issue with this series of laptops i dont know why they are not fixing it? I want to know how it will be solved and what will be the necessary steps? Plus how much time will it take to get it resolved. My screen is working but today i opened it and it show automatic repair ! I dont know why it is acting weird.

I understand you are facing a hardware issue with your HP ENVY X360 Laptop - 13z-Ay000 CTO. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The PC needs to be sent to HP Service Centre to get it repaired,  I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action. 

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
