I’ve tried this way, but it’s doesn’t help me. When I select my country (Brazil) the support said that here doesn’t have any possibility of repair and when I select USA the virtual agent doesn’t “understand” the problem.

I just want a store to buy this broken piece. I’ve already the HP parts store and some pattens, but nobody answered me.
