Sir I have a ho notebook (15-r033tx) purchased on 2016. Now a days I am facing a problem, when I open or shut down the notebook a crack sound is pop up. I mean to say may be hinge (left) are broken. For better understanding I am upload a picture. Please guide me properly. Actually I am looking for purchasing the parts online then visit the authorized service center for repairing. Please give the separate links for purchasing the original parts from official website. Answer me as soon as possible
