Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My left hinge seems to be broken and I can no longer close the laptop without it leaving the screen border looking completely warped and out of place. I am afraid it will eventually break something inside. I have not opened it to see what is wrong because I'm afraid I won't be able to put it back together. This laptop is just over 2 years old, so fairly new.

I replied with my information back on 6/30 but have not heard back.  Can you let me know what the status is?  I cannot close the lid to my laptop any more.  Thanks.
