Product: HP touch screen notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I sent my HP touchscreen notebook to HP in January 2020.  They replaced the hinges (and the entire case).  Now the right hinge is already broken again.  So far the case has not cracked, but I can feel the stress on it when I open the computer.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
