Hello guys, I have seen that this is a widespread issue with the hinge of the HP Envy x360. I have had this laptop for 3 years, and one time, when I was trying to fold it into tablet mode, the hinge broke, and my screen started hanging. Slowly, my screen started to break, that was in 2024, around January. Since then, after fixing it for a hefty amount of money, I have never tried to fold it again. However, last night while I was closing it I heard something break and as I opened I saw my laptop had broken the same way it did last year. I see that this is an issue with this specific type of laptop. I feel as though HP should offer support for this. This is a fail on their side and not the people who buy, because I can assure you, I handle my laptop with care. So, may someone who works at HP contact me and tell me a way forward. This is so wrong because I use this laptop for school and have exams in a few days.
