Product: Envy Touchsmart 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy Touchsmart 15, model 15-j173cl is coming apart at the left hinge and cannot be opened and closed without causing additional damage. It appears this is a common problem with these laptops! Unfortunately I am no longer under warranty. What is the cost to make this repair?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
