Hello, all.

My name is Marina I am returning to the forum as I found an offer for a HP laptop from ebay.de.

I would like to ask you what shall I do with the warranty of this laptop.

This is sold in Germany and I live in Greece.

Can I use the warranty and how?

Hi, Marina:

 

The warranty would not be valid in Greece because the exact same notebook sold for use in Germany has to also be sold in Greece.

Global Limited Warranty and Technical Support

 

Under the HP Global Limited Warranty program, products purchased in one country/region may be transferred to another country/region, where HP or its authorized service providers offer warranty service for the same product model number, without voiding the warranty.
