I just wanted to ask that i have 8gb ddr4 ram can i upgrade it to 16 gb ram does it have a other slot for this ? Will this increase my systems video memory also

It depends on what model Intel processor your notebook has.

 

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

 

To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
