CAN I UPGRADE MY RAM FROM 8GB TO 16GB , CURRENTLY I HAVE 8GB WITH TWO SLOTS 4X4 , NOW I WANT TOI UPGRADE IT TO 16 GB 8X8 IN TWO SLOTS , IS IT POSSIBLE?

There's nothing you can do, except replace the drive with a larger one, but that won't give you much more speed, only a little, because larger M.2 NVMe drives are faster.

 

You can use software to disable background programs in Windows and disable programs that start with Windows. Do not disable Windows Defender or anything related to Realtek audio.

I'm sorry, but that's not possible. The memory is soldered to the motherboard.
