specified modue:
Memory module (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz): 8 GB 693374-005
The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1600 timing of 11-11-11 at 1.35V or 1.5V.
You can put anything you want in there but the motherboard is going to run it at 11-11-11 latency so your question is kind of moot. If you could get the memory to run at CAS = 9 you would be running at a lower clock speed under the JEDEC tables for your motherboard.

I was considering to buy these
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB 2 x 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM 1600 PC3L 12800 Laptop Memory F3-1600C11D-8GRSL
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00G5SSBKW/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza
I'm in India and other RAM memories (other companies) are not available for me.
Should I go for them ?
