You have advised not to include serial number. I have already furnished product no. and problem that the CD drive is jammed

Hi

You have a  HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx with a jammed DVD drive?

 

Have you tried the Manual release?

A pinhole just to the right and and slightly lower than the Eject button?

Paperclip may help.
