Product: HP 15-f033wm Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello. With the HP 15-f033wm Notebook PC, the cpu wont work. When I try booting it, it will just have the caps lock flash. I know that this is a CPU issue, But where can you buy a CPU, and how do you access it.

As to the first, since HP does not sell processors, I have no idea where you can get one.

 

As to the second, since the processor is soldered to the system board, you have to replace the entire board and having that done can cost more than simply replacing the laptop.
